Need 30 minutes of audio imrpoved

Hi There,

I conducted some interviews and one of the interviews, sounds like its peaking but it isn't on monitor and need help improving it.

Ultimately I have 9 videos ranging from 1.5min -4 min where this presenter is the real only problem audio.

Example attached. Needs fixing within next 5 days. Can provide all audio on separate channels but like I said, this speaker is the problem speaker.
