MP4 Files Enhanced voice whispering/with podcast on too

I require assistance enhancing audio files to isolate and amplify soft whispering in the background of recorded podcasts. The source files contain whispered conversations that are difficult to discern due to competing noise from simultaneously played podcasts. Specialized audio editing software could help lift and clarify the whispered dialogue, however installation restrictions prevent me from running such programs on my work PC. An audio expert is needed to access relevant tools either remotely or by directly processing the files. The end goal is to produce edited versions that make the whispering significantly more intelligible without compromising audio quality, even if both layers remain blended together.
