Microphone sound editing

Hello,

I'd like to outsource the sound editing of some sections of a video I'm working on. I had an issue with the lavaliere mic during the shooting, and I had to use a backup directional on camera mic, and the result (especially for an interview in one room with air condition background noise) is not great.

I'd like to know if a professional, specialising in audio editing, could work some magic to fix this.

At the links below you can listen to the original audio and what I've slightly improved in Adobe Audition; please check that out as I'd like to know if you can actually achieve a better result, and how much better (if you could provide a few seconds sample in advance, of what you could achieve would be very helpful).

Also I'd like to be quoted for two options; to fix only this:
