I need the sound quality improved on a recorded skype audio clip

I have a recording of a skype interview that is 9 mins long. We would like the quality of the recording to be improved as much as possible - for example, reduce noise, standardize the voice volume and sound of both speakers, enhance the voice quality and sound and remove any pops, cracks etc

I also have two higher quality recordings (done with a zoom microphone) remotely at both locations. Although the speed of them is slightly different to the skype audio as there is no internet delay. But if its helpful for you, you are welcome to have these too.
