Fix choppy/clippy audio

Had some videos recorded yesterday for an online course but unfortunately the audio has come out very choppy/clippy as the mic has only started recorded when I've started speaking.

If you think you can fix this and make me sound more natural (perhaps so I very quickly and gently fade in when I speak and there's some/no background noise throughout) let me know!

Full project will be about an hour of audio.
