First Draft Editing for an Audio Book

I am narrating a 320,000 word audiobook. I'm using Garageband for the recording. I am looking for someone who can take the recordings of the sessions I do and do a first draft for me. This would involve getting rid of silences, getting rid of bad takes and leaving only good and getting rid of breath noises/incidences of background nose etc. Essentially i need someone who can work quickly and save me the time of doing a lot of the technical rather than subjective editing work so I can concentrate on the pacing/pauses/choose exactly the right take. I need someone with good communication skills and good decision making.
