Captions for a 5 min video

I need someone to write up captions for my video. I will be releasing such videos fortnightly so there is potential for regular work for the right person.

I have the MP4 and Powerpoint presentation with the notes on it, however, I have gone off from the notes in some areas a little bit. The PPT doc is too large to upload here so here is a link :
