I need to provide a recording using the guidelines below.

I am seeking assistance in setting up my audio recording system to ensure high-quality output. I require step-by-step guidance on configuring my new Mac and microphone to record audio files in both .mp3 and .wav formats, adhering to specific technical requirements below.
I have a new mac and a microphone.

Format: .wav (Note: auditions may be submitted in .mp3, but .wav will be required for the formal project)
- Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz or higher (48 kHz preferred)
- Bit Depth: 16-bit or higher (24-bit preferred)
- Noise Floor: Between -90 and -60 dBFS (studio quality)
- Recording Environment: No background noise, echo, or reverb
- Processing: Raw, unprocessed audio — no EQ, compression, gating, or noise reduction
