Audio Editing - 2 CDs

Hi - are you able to help me out with a project? I've got some mp3 files (a recorded seminar) that I want cleaned up and brought together, to burn onto two CDs.

CD1
====

Edit 10 files (about 66 mins in total), so as to:-
- clean up the sound quality within each mp3 file and balance it between files
- add a few seconds of into music at the beginning of track 1, and a few seconds of out music at the end of track 10
- let me have it back as 10 separate files

CD2
====

This involves editing 98 very short files (typically 20-60 seconds each) all into one single file, again with intro and out music at the beginning and end. They consist of 49 questions and 49 answers - each in a separate mp3 - and they need editing together in the correct order (the files are clearly numbered). The sound levels will also need balancing.

These files will be available on Tuesday next week.

Is this something you can do? And how much would you charge?
