Audio Cleanup for an hour worth of Audio

I have an interview that was recorded in a less than ideal room (constant background noise, bell, wind, etc...) with a Apogee Mic. The interviewer constantly moves closer and further from the mic while knocking the table on which the Mic stands.

The main issue is that the room was large (and not sound ready), so there was a large amount of reverb that needs to be removed.
