Afeni Shakur and the trial of the Black Panther 21

I am looking to get the sound balance perfect for my latest documentary film about a legal civil rights court case in 1969 so it is made up of news clips with interviews and very old newsreel footage, all of my past films have won huge praise and success with my last film Liberty Kath Duncan the untold struggle for civil rights winning 52 global awards.
This Film on Black Panther's legacy a really important work so I need a sound balance of this 70 min documentary to be perfect, I also need it done before 14 October 2024 also covering film credit
