MS SQL Database creating from Excel .xls spreadsheet

I have a .xls spreadsheet i need converting into a MS SQL 2008 database, all data should be included into tables, primary and foreign key constraints should be added.
Tables need to be used for cascading drop down's with regards to Make, Model, Type, Year, Color so on and so forth.
The deliverable should be a full MS SQL 2008 db with all data transferred into the db, setup so it can be used within a website using cascading drop downs, SQL queries need to be also supplied to show that a query against a make will show only model associated with that make, When a model is selected a SQL query should also be shown so that only Types show for that model so on and so forth with regards to color and year.
The work needs to be completed within 3 days of accepting.
