Move unused ecommerce shop from 1 site to another

Required move wordpress shop that I have attached to one site and move to a new domain on its own. The wordpress shop is already installed as an extension to another site but has never been used since attached. Need it to be detached and downloaded from my hostagator a/c and uploaded to my new domain site on the same hostgator a/c. Should be a simple task. As such fee is £30 to get this done . further info on request. ust be done buy 25/02/12
