Move 272 Pages of Content Into WordPress CMS

I am in the process of migrating across to our new website and need 272 pages of content moved across to Wordpress.

I need the content moved across, any images moved across and the meta description tag moved into the relevant field within the CMS (There is a meta description plugin installed).

Please note no design work is required - the design is all in place, this is purely putting the content in place and replicating existing pages. However any links in the content would need updating to the relevant pages within the CMS.
