Motion graphics software

We are looking to develop educational software and require a motion graphics designer who can create the visual aspects of the software.
This is an exciting project and we are looking for someone who can interpret the educational aspect of the software into something that has a game type feel to it. The education aspect is quite easy to follow as I know step by step what I need and I can provide these details so there is no additional requirement to have knowledge within the area of the subject.
