Hello!
We are looking for a motion graphics designer to create a template for a conference speakers' introduction video.
We have the capability to re-version the fifteen required speaker templates with custom names and assets, but we need somebody to create a generic template that we can amend and re-render as necessary.
An example of the motion graphics intro we created last year can be viewed at https://vimeo.com/44284930 (password 'preview').
The current brief for this year's speaker intro is as follows:
Each speaker will be choosing a piece of music (and associated YouTube video) that is of significance to them. Their intro will begin with a full-screen version of the video playing, along with title and band details (much like a music video), which after a few seconds, will transition into a 'screen' frame (probably with the style of some of their branding. This will transition to the left or the right of the frame, making way for the name of the speaker, and the topic of their talk (as in the example of last year). The video will continue to play in the frame for up to a minute and a half, with the whole speaker intro video being manually faded out during the event by an AV operator.
So ideally we're looking for an on-brand template that has placeholder text and a video file/photo that can be amended to create fifteen others.
The visual identity for the conference is attached.
UPDATE: Another agency has produced a animated identity. I have a copy of this After Effects file, and I can provide this. It may be that animation or transition elements of this After Effects file may form the 'frame' and transitions of the template.
You can view this existing identity at https://vimeo.com/67252863 (password 'example')
I will provide some very basic storyboards if required.
Many thanks!
