Moodle LMS configuration

I am needing an experienced Moodler to help with a few configurations to my Hospitality Quiz testing site. The purpose of the site is to allow users/ clients to buy a seat/seats; complete a series of competency tests and then receive a report card of their scores.

• Client (multiple user) area
• E-commerce platform
• Certificate plugin
