Mods to WordPress website

I have about 12 items that need to be changed on my Wordpress website - I am using the twenty ten 1.3 template.

1. Home page – please add categories so that I can place individual products into them. I would like the megascrew Mk3 category to be the first category on the top left of the Shop. I’d like to be able to add, delete and re-order categories as I wish.
If categories cannot be added can you make the Next and previous buttons much more visible.

2. Can you change the word “shop” to “Please browse product categories below” or something similar on the home page please?
3. Cart page – remove the "calculate shipping" words as it does it in the checkout already.
4. Contact Us – can you remove the “leave a reply” comment
5. Delivery and payment – again remove leave a reply – this seems to be on lots of pages, it is a global command to switch off?
6. Products Page – this seems a bit odd. Should this just link back to the shop perhaps?
7. T& C’s are OK but remove “reply” at bottom of page please.
8. The + and _ buttons on the add to cart box don’t quite fit in the box – can you rectify this please?
9. Can you re-order the top menu in this order please:- Home, Products, My Account, Cart, Delivery and Payment, Contact us, Terms and conditions.
10. Add contact form to Contact page – email results to sales@xxxxx.co.uk
11. Is it possible to add a video at some point – either flash or linked to youtube?
12. On the products, Black cord, Green Cord, Wire tent pegs, Spare Guy Lines the header changes to the main picture of the product when it is selected. Please rectify so that normal homepage banner is shown.

Allow for a couple more items similar to those above please - things always develop when making changes. Please contact me if you need clarification. Thanks
