Mods to website

We need an expert to make the following mods to our website:

1- Users on our website are able to sign-up and after registration they can
login. We want to enable a user to login using the user's 'FACEBOOK'
login cretentials ( as already existing at many other websites)

2- Create a 'Book this website' feature as per attached mockup

3- Create a "Tell a friend' feature one for registered user and one for new user as per attached mockup.

4- We want to have the existing 'Admin Login' feature relocated to its own
login page so we can access it by http://domainname.com/admin and to have the link removed from the fron page. The relocation must be also updated inside the admin panel as well.(as shown at the mockup)
