Modifying my Wordpress footer to include sponsors

An example page of what I have is at thebeanbandits.com/2010/08/22/bonneville-2010/ and in the footer I want to add other sponsors at the bottom. A total of 10 small icons with links when finished. I have done what I could but could only get 4 to show up properly. I would like to retain the search bar and be able to continue to add sponsors and have them show up in a uniform left-to-right manner.

I have attached my footer.php in a text form.

Apologies for how the code looks now as I know very little about PHP and how it all affects what I am doing. So please tell me what you need to know and include setup time along with example sites in your bid.

Of course quality work will be appreciated and the person will be used again for upcoming full sites (at least 2) for 2012
