Modify the layout of the users control panel in my freelancer script.

This is part of an ongoing project to customize a freelancer script. I need someone to change the layout of the users control panel in my freelancer script. The current layout has two columns with a navigation menu in the left column and main content in the right area. The modification will change it to a single column layout, moving the left navigation links to above the main content area, and widening the main content column to fit the entire width of the script. Note that in order to fit the navigation links/menu above the main content may require reprogramming the links so that they all fit. In other words, fitting all the links may require creating a drop down or slide down menu system.
