Modify Open Source Case Management System

I need to modify a open source case management system called cliniccases (https://cliniccases.com) for my business.

I already modified a lot of the html/css of cliniccases to fit my business and currently running it on my website.

The modifications are to the case data fields and group and user permissions to notes.

This job is the first project I need to get the case management system working descent for my clients and agents.

This job doesn't pay much but I have plans for a better case management system project that I would like to sell.

My budget is small I can probably pay more just depends how fast and good the work is...
