Modify JQUERY Smart Wizard Plugin - To send information to email

Hey everyone,

Basically what I am after is pretty much already completed! All I am after is for someone to modify this existing plugin so that when the user fills out the various fields on the plugin and clicks on 'finish' - it will send all the details across to an email account of my choosing.

Bullet Guide

* Download the plugin
* Get it up and working on a page for me to see
* Alow users to fill out there information into the fields (acting like a contact form).
* Allow validation on some fields (I can change these later on)
* When you click submit the information filled in on the wizard will send across to my email.

It does sound pretty simple, and the majority of the hard work 'should' be done already on the plugin, all thats required is to tweak it to work..I think!
