Modifications to Wordpress Theme

Current theme of www.garyroebuck.co.uk/photoblog is (we understand) based on the classic theme. We would like some format changes made to this. Details below. Please indicate your fee and when you would be able to complete this work. Thanks!

1. At the moment the www.garyroebuck.co.uk/photoblog shows a stream of full article posts. We would like this changed to summary formats which pick up the article excerpt (+ a 'Read Full Article' linked to the actual post) and the first image (full size, not thumbnail) in the full post (or if this is difficult, the featured image).

2. For all categories (e.g. http://www.garyroebuck.co.uk/photoblog/category/sussex-wedding-photography-wedding-images/).

i) Same summary page format as (1) above;

ii) Utilise the edit category> description function to display at the top of each category page, fitting with the theme;

(iii) change url structure to (e.g.) http://www.garyroebuck.co.uk/sussex-wedding-photography/ or if not possible, http://www.garyroebuck.co.uk/photoblog/sussex-wedding-photography/

3. Make some adjustments to the way the theme assigns H1/H2/H3 tags.
