Modification of a flash template website

I have purchased a 5 page (plus home page) Flash website template that requires :
i) Our Logo adding in the main menu
ii) Menu labels changing for the 5 main sections
iii) A transition effect alteration - currently when the clicking between the main 5 pages, there is an animated circle on screen that disappears when the page loads. we'd like to change this circle shape to one of our logos that is also circular.
iv) Background Photos replacing.
v) Some product photos adding to one of the sections plus a video
vi) General text inserting in each section

I would provide all photos at appropriate size and a screenshot guide for each page to show the desired layout. Text for each page would be sent as a text file. The video can be sent in whatever format is preferred.

Could you offer an estimate of cost based on the above information ?
