Peer To Peer Employment Marketplace - Uber stye

I need a peer to peer marketplace that connects employers with workers of 3 types, which are :-
1. Long term (Employed or self)
2. Temp ( Employed or self)
3. Freelances/Contractors Initially we will launch in the UK with V1.1, and the the USA, EU and Africa.

There are 3 parties in the marketplace.
1. Employers
2 Workers
3. Value Partners

In V1.1 the employer will have a web client, the worker an app and the partners an e-commerce cart that feeds into the app. Payment for shifts, vacancies or jobs will be though Strip Connect.

Partners and ourselves need dashboards to manage users. We need the database, and front end. This job was created oncer, but it needs doing again properly in sql on MS AZURE. I

have attached a load of files that show a previous version with updates. The updates are actually easier as the previous version was aimed at health care, which is a complex onboarding and management process. The new version avoids health care totally and focuses on all other industries for now.

This is iteration 1, but this is a long term permanent job.

You will need to be expert in mobile apps, database design, roll out, geo-locations, payment processing, cross boarder work., UI design. The old development is based on Nodejs and JavaScript projects using firebase as the data source. We would like to replace firebase database with Microsoft SQL database. We do not have access to the firebase DB so the MS SQL database will need to be designed and built. The design of the database will need to be determined from the information and images of the apps or the website provided. We require the use of Microsoft Azure tenant for the development and deployment of the apps, so knowledge of this is imperative.. - Azure DevOps for development - Azure apps - Azure SQL We need this done inside 4 weeks.

The files I have uploaded refer to the old development which is wrong. It refers to health care professions, and we change this due to current global climate. We do not want health care as it is too complex, we want general jobs.

Iteration 1 is to launch in UK - 4 weeks (This budget)

Straight after this delivery we need:-

Iteration 2 is USA - 8 weeks
Iteration 3 is EU and Africa - 10-12 weeks
Ongoing - Global
2 websites also required in 5-6 weeks.

So you must build with this long term scalability and commitment to carry on working with us.

We will negotiate budgets on the further iterations as they become due.

Remember, the files are mostly old, and I have made a lot of comments on the UI and functional examples.
