Mobile Web APP HTML5/ .NET Developer

We currently have a Mobile Web App that was developer using Sencha and we now need a developer to complete some work on it so that its ready to launch and duplicate. It is a template that we will be duplicating and launching multiple times for multiple customers. We need a developer who can help us create subdomains on our URL and show us how to launch the web app to a new subdomain.




-Space needs to be created on myappcms.com where we can create a mobile site for our customer i.e. for Zanes - "m.zanes.myappcms.com"


-Figure out how to have our customer websites redirect when they are accessed from a mobile device. (some sort of plugin or code we provide our customers for their webdevelopers to incorporate in their websites/servers?)


-Can the mwa prompt the user to add the icon to their homescreen? What we are looking for is the app to prompt the user to put the icon on their screen when they first access it. For example a pop up screen that says "Welcome to the Real Time Seating mobile web app, would you like to add an icon to your home screen? " with yes/no buttons rather than the user having to manually find a way to add the icon (we are aware of the manual way http://jbkflex.wordpress.com/2012/04/17/save-your-mobile-web-app-with-an-icon-to-the-home-screen-iphoneipod/)


-Four buttons on right side of homescreen need to be configured to link to websites – These icons will change for each app. As long as they can point to any URL we are good.


-Can website open within the mobile web app? – With our native apps when an external website is accessed from the Contact page it remains framed within the app. Is this possible with mobile web apps?

-All buttons need to be configurable - We just need to be able to switch out the button icons.
