Mobile User interface HTML & CSS

Hi,
I need a HTML / CSS / JQuery front end for mobile phone use that I can integrate into a CMS.
I have a base CSS which you'll need to work from (extend but not change).
Need to be really clean markup, nice code and CSS. The graphic design is done and its failry straight forward. I need:
[1] Home page (screen shot attached)
[2] Menu (screen shot attached)
[3] cotent page (simple heading + body text)
[4] login screen

I'll need this in the next couple of weeks.
I'll be taking your code and intergating into a ASP.NET (Umbraco) back end.
Let me know if this is of interest.
Examples of mobile HTML sites you've worked on before would be great.
