Mobile Disco Directory

I would like to have a mobile disco directory built which gives higher priority listing to people who have passed my entry requirements.

The more skills the DJ has, the higher their listing appears on the website.

I would also like to be able to add and delete entry requirements without the need for re-coding the website.

DJ's should be separated into Counties. The site should be searchable by the public and be search engine friendly.

Admin will need to approve all submissions and some skills (such as trade association membership will need to have expiry dates).

EXAMPLE SKILLS:
The DJ is a member of NADJ (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ is a member of SEDA (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ is a member of AMPdj (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ is a member of WdjA (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ is a member of FSB (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ has Public Liability Insurance (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ has Portable Appliance Tested equipment (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ is Criminal Records Bureau checked (Requires Expiry Date)
The DJ offers a written contract
The DJ offers a music area for clients
The DJ accepts playlists
The DJ offers a personal consultation
