Mobile Apps and web site

This project is to design and develop iPhone and Android apps that support the provision and redemption of mobile coupons. Along with a basic web site to support the apps and provide consumer/merchant information etc

There are also other aspects to the project that will enhance the customer and merchant experience. These can be discussed once an NDA has been completed, as they are business case sensitive. What I can say, is that there would be additional backend developments required (possibly significant). I would also expect this project to have a high degree of technical challenges, as user interface simplicity and having 5 9s reliability, is a must
Dependant on cost I would be looking to follow through on one of the following options
a/ A fully working system
b/ Working system with scalable applications and minimal features
c/ Working model for demonstration purposes

I would also be interested to hear from companies/individuals who would like to be more than just suppliers and who would be interested in taking a more active role in the venture moving forward. But this is not a pre requisite for this winning this project
