A mobile application that can be used to access and upload customers data to an existing platform. The web application is built on .net 4.0 framework and is used for classification and registration of property. The mobile app should work exactly like the web app.
All users already created on the web app can use their accounts with the jar app.
Roles on the web app: Super Admin, Head Admins, Admins, Chief Auditor, Head Auditors, Auditors and Tellers/Agents.
Super Admin creates Groups and create Head Admins for the Groups.
Head Admins Creates head Auditors and tellers for his group and also creates different sub groups and admins to manage them (all these under his group).
Admins of sub groups creates auditors and tellers for his sub group.
Chief auditor can view all users and processes of those users whom the super admin gives him the privilege to view.
Head Auditors can view users of his group and their processes.
Auditors can only view users of his sub group and their processes.
All tellers can view their individual accounts only.
Uses of the web App:
web app is used to enumerate property and collect dues from such property.
workFlow:
property owners go to tellers at various points to register their property.
tellers collect data like customers name, address, mobile number, building category, use of building (i.e shops, residential etc), etc.
After registering any building, a PIN is generated for the building.
At the end a rate to be paid is attached to the property. This rates have been preconfigured on the app already so all the teller does is register the property and then manually collect the rate from the customer.
Auditors(all auditors accounts on the app) can only view daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and custom transactions of the tellers on the platform.
THE MOBILE APP:
The mobile app shall work exactly like this but in addition to customers data collected, the mobile app shall also be used to upload buildings images which shall be snapped with the phones. Connection type shall be WAP or GPRS
