Mobile App (IPhone, IPad, Android & BlackBerry(optional) )

I am explaining in detail and please don't bid until you are real developer of IPhone, IPad, Android & BlackBerry. Also this is fixed budget so don't waste your time asking to increase the budget. First let me introduce myself. I am doing outsourcing for my clients from around the world and i post there projects here and on other freelancing websites to get work done by real professionals. I always have more then 4 - 5 projects of different categories (Mobile Apps / Websites / Graphic Designing). Right now i am posting this job for Mobile App Development.

Description of Project:
I need a cross platform app which can run on IPhone, IPad, Android & BlackBerry (optional). It doesn't matter if you create a separate app for each platform or one app for all. Don't ask me to pay for every platform. If you want me to pay for each platform then close this window and find other project.
This app also need a PHP webservice which you are going to create and i will provide you unlimited webhosting as well as a domain name. This app has following functions:

Interaction with Native PhoneBook
Upload data to the Webserver (MySQL Database)
Download Data (Text & Images Only)
User Login
User Panel
PayPal or Google Checkout Payment System for Buying Premium Account

This app only have 7 - 8 pages which i think is not a big deal for a real developer. You don't have to worry about the UI designs as i will provide you all the designs of the app. All i need is good work. If you provide this app in this price and time interval, I shall give you some tip as well and more projects. Sky is the limit. Please once again i am saying if you are not able to do this work in this amount or time then don't send me any email saying this budget is low or any false promises as i am fed up with all this drama. $300 is my final budget.
