Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)

I'm looking to get a mobile app developed for a tourism board I'm working with at the moment. It needs to be available on Android & iOS platforms. The best way to explain the range of abilities I require from the app, is to show you an existing app from another tourism board that has the desired set of features:

I won't necessarily need that full range of features, but the closer it is to this example the better. Ultimately it depends on price. Also, ideally it would be nice to be able to implement some sort of real time content management system, although this is not essential.

The app will be uploaded under our own account so it will effectively be "white labeled".

We have web development and graphic design skills in house so we can use that to reduce any potential workload if needed.
