Mobile and tablet device friendly version

Hi I need a multi device friendly version of a chart similar to this example . . .

The new one will have less content (questions and answers) than this example.

I'll provide you with the desktop version which will be coded as in the example above.

I need your version to be compatible with as many devices as possible please. Let me know what you propose and how you would tackle it. It will also need to fit into an existing mobile website.Animation not 100% necessary, but would be good where possible.

I'll oversee the job and work with you where necessary.
