Mitigation Document - Employment Tribunal Statement

I am fast approaching a tribunal case to be held at the begining of June so obviously dealing with fast approaching CMD dates for documents.
After finding out my legal cover was void I am in need of help in draughting and producing a tribunal statement.
I have produced a broken down, detailed account of the case. A chronology, an ET3 breakdown and a breakdown and arguement to the existing respondants bundle (pending additional disclosure documents)
