Minor photo retouching/remove/smooth blemishes

Two photos taken at a recent professional conference have some imperfections/blemishes I need retouched/removed.

Photo 1 (*white shirt) - Need the stray black mark removed to the right of my upper head, the black area extending from the natural contour of my cheek/jaw, and the small white dot near my right shoulder.

Photo 2 (*Blus shirt/hat) - The shirt area directly beneath the right collar is distorted and should reflect the same blue color of the shirt, remove an imperfection where the right collar/shirt collar meet, and a blemish that at first glance may seem like my right ear, but is a blemish that slightly extends to the right of the glasses/face.
