Minimal wordpress website with a WOW factor!

I literally want a home page, services, maybe an ABOUT

I want to put the M in minimal with it but I want it to take peoples eye

I do wordpress websites myself but I dont have the knowledge to do this.

I really do not want to pay a lot for this as I know it is simple to do for somebody with that knowledge.
