Miniature Statue Made

Hi,

I was wondering if you can do a miniature replica of an ancient statue of a Buddha (File attached). I enjoy collecting different religious figurines and I really like a Gandhara style Buddha. There is literally no other modern statue made in that style. I just want a very miniature one about 3" or abit less in width and length proportion to the width. Please let me know if this is possible and a estimate charge for it.
