Mimic Wordpress theme live demo site

I need someone to mimic the live demo of my Funder theme that has already been installed so that I have more of a template to edit to create my site.

I don't want it exactly how the live demo is - a few differences/things that don't need doing from the live demo to my site.

Contract work may follow - adjustments etc to the site.
