Migration of LAMP/cPanel server to VPS with email forwarders

Hello,

We need to migrate a server from a shared host using a LAMP/cPanel setup onto a DigitalOcean VPS server. The main tasks will be:
- Migration of MySQL database without loss of data
- Migration of code without any permission/upload problems
- Addition of email forwarders which were previously achieved through cPanel
- Switching of all DNS records to point to the new server

Usernames will have to remain the same and we need to ensure that no data in the database is lost during this migration. Please ensure that you are specifically a linux administrator (or sufficiently confident DevOps) and have the required experience before applying - evidence/examples of previous experience with similar jobs will really help your chances.
