Migrate a virtual (CentOS) Linux webserver at Softlayer over to a local standalone server. This is a web server and the IP Tables need to be changed as well as firewall settings

We will coordinate installing CentOS on the new system.

We will also be migrating a Windows server and we will need to coordinate with that operation.
