Migrate a newsletter from Mailchimp to a new platform (SendinBlue)

I have a email newsletter that is relatively well read and respected.
As we have hit 2,000 subscriber (despite regular cleaning of the list) we can no longer use the free version of Mailchimp.
The newsletter currently isn't greatly used for marketing/sales efforts, rather offering free information to raise awareness of the business, I feel sticking with mailchimp (especially as the list grows) isn't financially a great option.

Having decided to move the newsletter to SendinBlue I am looking for someone to lead this processs, to include:
- registering with SendinBlue
- moving the email list over to the new account
- creating a template to replicate the template we have on Mailchimp
