Microsoft Office - Business Contact Manager specialist needed for project

I have a small business (1 Vista pc and a Vista laptop + 1 remote user in a different city) running Office 2007 Business Contact Manager as my CRM package.
I want additional users on a local network and remote workers to have access to the client records and be able to update them.
I am using Livedrive as a cloud server solution and I am struggling to find someone who really knows there way around Business Contact Manager to (if it's doable) keep the records on Livedrive as the server so they can be accesses from anywhere.
I also need help with the way my BCM records are formatted (there is some variance in the way records are presented and I don't know what settings have to change to standardise them)
I would also like to help me merge some records where 2 sets have been set up for 1 contact. If this is the sort of thing you could help with please let me know.
I would like traceable UK references for anyone applying and I would also like to know your rates for this kind of job please (If my budget is off, please tell me what you think would be fair and I'll consider it).
