Microsoft Azure Website with Integrated User Authentication

I have a requirement for a website to host on the Microsoft Azure platform.

The site is to serve simple marketing campaign pages. For example a single web page hosting a marketing video. We would add pages based on a template for additional customers.

We pretty much have the page template design created. It may need a bit of tidying up to make life easier changing the customer’s name, logo, message, and video embed code.

The bit that I'm really in need of assistance for is creating some sort of authentication built into the site.

I've read about the AD integration that's possible with federation. I've also read about and played with the templates for Auth0. We need to be able to add these options in for each campaign page based on the individual customers security requirements.

The concept looks pretty simple and quick for someone to implement. I'm looking for a developer who has done this and can create a site to serve various authentication needs.

Ideally I want to be able to issue a customer with a URL of their campaign page, have the authentication method defined for that campaign, then the user hits the link, signs in, and sees the page.

A few examples:
• A user from Contoso.com clicks on a link sent to them, signs in automatically using AD Federation and gets the Contoso campaign page. Unfederated users cannot view the page.

• A member of the public clicks on a different link and signs in with their Twitter or Facebook ID to see a campaign page.

• I'm sure I could work it out if I had the free time but figure this would be an ideal project for someone who has had a bit more experience.

We are looking for someone to start this as soon as possible, ideally finishing before 19th July, 2013.

Deliverables:
• Configuration of saleable Azure Website.
• Website with Integrated User Authentication (AD, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft Live, etc.). Configuration of any security tokens required. Supporting documentation.
• Authentication methods configurable depending on our customers’ requirements.
• Campaign page template tidied up with security added.
• Clean and simple modern design (minimal effort).
• Visual Studio 2012 Project and Source files.

Requirements:
• Website must work on all popular PC / Mac browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), and iPad
• You must be willing to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• All code must be commented and documented in English.
