Micro Website Urgently Required

I am looking for a competent designer to design and build a micro website for a one off employment opportunity. The site will include and an application form that can only be submitted after a Captcha and email verification process has been completed. The implementation of the processes forms part of the job brief.

Timing is CRITICAL initial tenders are sought within the next 24 hours. It is hoped the job will be allocated by Tuesday and live before the coming weekend of Saturday 23rd June 2012
