Merger of two logos

Hi,

I have a new joint venture and as such would like to develop my current logo and integrate the logo of my new web based JV.

Spa Business SCHOOL is a new training provision i launch fully in the autumn. We will offer 8 classroom based courses under this banner. But under a new and seperate joint venture i am teaming up with a company called elearn4business to create a small range of online modules and options.

As such i would like to amend my logo to read:
Spa Business School ONLINE and seamless integrate 'In Partnership with' Elearn4Businesses logo. Make sense?

You can visit my main school site to get a feel for my logo's and why the ONLINE section should be in capitals to match the other key end words of each of my logos and i will attach the outline logo for my new JV partner for consideration to pitch.

I am looking at a fast turnaround and a very cost effecitve, competitive option as i had all logos and banners on my site done for less than £70. However, i know this site doesn't allow me to put pricing start for bids at £10 which is where i would like to start.
