Menu Design----------using Adobe illustrator

Hi i would like some one asap to redesign my existing menu.The menu at the moment is blue background with deal boxes ... I would like it to be white background with box edges to be red and deals to look prominent. new sharp images as images on menu are blurry and, price changes, making existing boxes smaller and adding new deals, some one with creative mind can have the job ....using adobe illustrator needs doing on monday.. the pizza box needs to go smaller as we need to add more grill deals ... further info will be provided once job has been awarded. some one from UK will be desireable...
