Member Login Facility

We're looking to incorporate a simple member log-in facility into a website. We simply need a log-in form that will display a standard list of special offers for registered members when signed in. As for the registration form, it simply needs to collect the members name, email address, zip code and provide the ability to create a password. It's basically like a mailing list, but instead of the special prices being sent by email, members can simply log in to the site to see them.

We're running on a very small budget for this project, so please keep this in mind!
