Meet & Greet - Central London

Looking for someone to meet & greet people arriving at our apartment in Soho for short holiday/business stays.

Each meeting will involve:
- Pre-arrival check, ensure apartment is clean, tidy and presentable
- Meet guest(s)
- Show them how door keys work
- Explain apartment layout, amenities etc.

Usually takes 20 mins, 10 minutes to check things before they arrive and 10 minutes to show them the apartment. For each session payment will be £20.

Not looking for any particular experience but I need somone who is:
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Responsible
- Has common sense
- Is friendly and confident
- Flexible with schedule (would suit student or part-time worker)
- Able to communicate
- Speaks fluent English

The work is as and when we have guests staying, it's not regular but over the past 6 months it's around 5-10 arrivals per month.

I need someone as I'm moving office for work and won't have time to meet people myself. If you're interested please get in touch and let me know how flexible your schedule is as this is very important.

If you're interested in cleaning work (at the same simple 1 bedroom apartment) this is also available at rate of £10 per hour.
