Medium Size Website Needed - Basic Functionality in .NET Preferred.

Requirement details below:

Our page designs are effectively done however we would like a web designer/developer to take them to the next level by adding their own touches prior to cutting and coding the site.

In addition we're looking for our new website to consist of some fairly basic functionality including:

1. A CSS drop down menu to appear throughout the site.
2. A site search function with results page.
3. Webforms that send basic emails with attachments

We will be continually looking to add new content on a monthly basis so we are looking for someone who can facilitate the future updates. The cost of this work is exclusive of the initial creation of the site however so please just provide costs for the initial site creation.
